First Flush 2024 Hand Rolled Spring Beauty Darjeeling
Two leaves and a bud are plucked from the first growth of the 2024 season, gently rolled by hand and oxidized over night. The result is long, twisted, dark green and browned curls that unfurl to reveal the delicately handled leaves when steeped. The dry leaf has a fruity, floral aroma that opens up to a bright, piney note when hit with water.

White Puerh Bud
This aged, white, sheng puerh tea is grown in Yunnan Province, southern China. This selection is skillfully aged, offering a fine aroma and palate that develops over many steepings. A light mahogany aroma is given off by the dry leaves, and earthy aromas of leather and smoke come from the stewed leaves.
